Try the archives for "What genomes have been sequenced".
In brief, bacterial genomes range from just under a Megabase
to just over 10 Megabases (I'm least sure about that high end).
E.coli is 4.7Mbp and is about 50% sequenced and is currently
the farthest along (though it will probably be passed before
it is done).  The largest published bacterial contig (from E.coli) is
just over 100Kb.
