For a PD protein analysis program try PROFILEGRAPH,
it is available bye ftp from biomed.biolan.uni-koeln.de
ftp.embl-heidelberg.de
ftp.bio.indiana.edu
and possibly a number of other sites.
The site in COlogne holds the most recent version.
The program has been described in
CABIOS, 8:331-337 (1992)
Best regards,
Kay
