pSV2neo sequence

I posted on this newsgroup requesting the sequence information of pSV2neo. I have
received two versions of pSV2neo since then. The first version is from James Y.
Garbern, and has been reposted on this newsgroup. Here I present the second
version of pSV2neo from Tomi Makela. Please notice the difference in sequence
arrangement. Also notice that there are two nucleotides in this version that are
different from the previous one.
