National Collection of Industrial Bacteria/
National Collection of Marine Bacteria/
National Collection of Industrial and Marine Bacteria
   (I'm guessing at this last acronym)

located at Aberdeen, Scotland.

a catalog, or, even better, an online source of the catalog
for searching.
