ar42j pancreatic cell line

Hi, can anyone give me any suggestions to the successful culture of this 
pancreatic cell line.  I am currently growing them in HamsF12K w/ 20% FCS as 
per the ATCC recommended method with 50ug/ml gentamicin and 2.5ug/ml 
amphotericin B. However, I have been unable to expand them to any extent.  
Any suggestions as to their successful culture would be greatly 
appreciated.  Thankyou in advance.
