Need marker for cell damage - HELP!

My PhD project is to look at changes in olfactory and taste tissue in fish
exposed to pesticides, but morphological differences are difficult to be
noticed due to the great individual variability. Could anybody suggest any
commercial available antibody to some markers for cellular damage or death
either for neurons (olfactory tissue) or epithelial cells (taste) to be
used in immunohistochemical assays and/or western-blot?
I'll be very grateful if you could help
