[ANNOUNCE] OWL & PRINTS on NCBI server

Owing to requests from USA/Pacific-rim the OWL and prints database are
now available on the  NCBI  server via  anonymous  ftp. OWL is in  the
directory   repository/OWL      and  PRINTS  is   in     the directory
repository/OWL/PRINTS (although the latter   may shortly be  moved  to
repository/PRINTS)

My thanks to Dennis Benson at NCBI who  provided me with disc space to
maintain a copy of these databases at `the other side of the pond.'

European FTPers can, of course, still access  these databases from one
of the SEQNET machines  (s-ind2.dl.ac.uk in pub/database). Maintaining
transatlantic copies should  make   life easier for  everyone.  Thanks
