Growth hormone

I'm familiar with the application of externally applied growth hormones
in humans to increase their size.
Would anyone know if similar substances exist to increase the size
of organisms such as lobsters and other crustaceans?

If you respond, please send a note to cliff at watson.ibm.com as
I sometimes have difficulty reading the forum.

Thanks, Cliff
