Mildly interesting new gopher server

"The Journal of NIH Research" and "Technology Review" are two of the 
publications available on a new gopher server hosting a service called 
"Electronic Newsstand", started by The New Republic.  This is a 
commercial offering designed to boost subscriptions, so its not full text
of the publications (except seemingly for The New Republic).
