U.S. Congress phone/fax wais-indexed

This is the site referred to by Rob Harper, where Una, Larry London and
I--among others--are building ftp-accessible archives.  However, Paul
and the other hard workers there have big plans for SunSite on many fronts.

We have just wais-indexed the phones and faxes list for Congress and added
it to the Politics area of the SunSITE.unc.edu gopher as well.
As soon as we can find the e-mail addresses for the few congressmen who
are willing to release their addresses we'll add those too.
Look for US-Congress-Phone-Fax.src on the server of servers soon.
