Before anyone can answer your question, it needs some clarification.
Are you talking about energy consumption by a human in the sense of
energy use by the body, or are you including such things as use of
air conditioning or furnaces to keep the human happy?  And "warmer"
and "colder" is not enough information--specify some temperatures.
And is the person to be performing the same amount of physical
activity in both cases (shivering, etc., aside)?
