lambda gt11 antigenic proteins

    Does anyone have any experience identifying proteins made off the lom ORF
rather than the induced B-galactosidase fusion protein?  There are a handful
of references describing such an occurrence but not much info.  I was advised that a good way to determine if this occurs is to do probing on induced vs.
non-induced plaques and look at the signal difference (more signal from induced
equals fusion protein, no difference equals antigenic protein) Any thoughts or
