Results of bionet.test group query

I only received three responses during the week on this issue: one
for, one on the fence, and one thinking that it wouldn't do much to
solve the problem.  It was pointed out that we could include a
reference to the USENET group misc.test in the FAQ for those who want
to test their USENET news system.  This seems like the most
straightforward solution and I will include mention of it in the next
revision of the BIOSCI FAQ.
