question about codon preference tables

I seem to remember a posting about where one could find codon preference
tables (?Gopher or maybe FTP).  Anyway, I didn't save a copy of this
information and now I am in need of it.  While I'm asking, does anyone
know if codon preference tables are provided in the GCG package of
analysis programs?  And, if yes, then how do you get them?
