What is IFO (culture collection)

Hi there,
I have an article from the Japanese Journal of Fermentation and Bioengeneering
in which they use a bacterium which has the designation IFO 12442
Can anyone tell me what that IFO is ? It is probably a culture collection
in Japan or something. Can anyone look up what the corresponding ATCC number
is for this bacterium. It is a Paracoccus denitrificans IFO 12442
