Research on Biodiversity in Indonesia?

The Oct 1 issue of the ECONOMIST ("Japan: Thanks a billion", p. 43) notes
that a new research centre dealing with biodiversity in Indonesia has been 
established.  It is funded and staffed jointly by the U.S. and Japan.
Does anyone have information regarding this endeavour?
