MEDALUS and/or LUCDEME

Hi, I'm new to newsgroups so bear with me...

I got a question regarding two biodiversity projects in the
mediterranean area, and all we have are the acronyms MEDALUS
and LUCDEME. Can anyone out there give us some information
about them, contacts, or ways to find documents from them?
