Who can Patch-Clamp?

I am a clinician with very little 'pure science' background - I am
considering a PhD project with an Electrophysiological background
- but need to discuss actual methodology and practicalities re:
patch-clamping and tissue culture techniques. Is anyone willing to
answer some 'basic' questions in these subjects?
