NCBI Result Search

Dear Netters,                                                                     
	     After several times trying to understand the result search
returned by NCBI, I could not interpreated the outcome of the search. I would
be a very happy man if somebody out there could help me in understanding 
the search. 

	     At what point do you consider that your sequence is significant ?

	  Another thing is the Third Part of the search result. Could you also
 explain this too.
