Dear Netters,
	     After several times trying to understand the result search
returned by NCBI, I could not interpreated the outcome of the search. I would
be a very happy man if somebody out there could help me in understanding
the search.

	     At what point do you consider that your sequence is significant ?
Below is the first five listing of the search.
								     Smallest
								     Poisson
							      High  Probability
Sequences producing High-scoring Segment Pairs: Score P(N) N

sp|P23745|ABRA_PLAFG   101 KD MALARIA ANTIGEN (P101) (ACI...    69  6.8e-11   3
sp|P22620|ABRA_PLAFC   101 KD MALARIA ANTIGEN PRECURSOR (...    69  1.1e-10   3
sp|P13816|GARP_PLAFF   GLUTAMIC ACID-RICH PROTEIN. >gp|J0...    82  2.5e-09   4
sp|P35352|CAR3_DICDI   CYCLIC AMP RECEPTOR 3. >pir|A46391...    68  1.0e-08   4
pir|A42239|A42239      adenylate cyclase (EC 4.6.1.1) ger...    59  6.4e-08   4
>sp|P23745|ABRA_PLAFG 101 KD MALARIA ANTIGEN (P101) (ACIDIC BASIC REPEAT
	    ANTIGEN) (FRAGMENT).
	    Length = 600

	  Another thing is the Third Part of the search result. Could you also
 explain this too.

 Score = 69 (30.4 bits), Expect = 1.0, P = 0.64
 Identities = 14/67 (20%), Positives = 36/67 (53%)

Query:    23 NNHESDDNNSIENSYEESAMYDENNSSIHDDNSKKEKFSDNEKYHERAEEEIVSDDLYQE 82
	     N +E++DN   +   +E  + DE +++  +D + +E  +D+E  ++  +     D   +E
Sbjct:   130 NQNENNDNQKYQEVNDEDDVNDEEDTNDDEDTNDEEDTNDDEDTNDDEDTNDEEDTNDEE 189

	 I hope after getting an explaination, I could interpreate the search
 result myself or any search result in the future.

Thank You in Advance!!!
