Course on Principles

We are going to be offering a new course here at AECOM on Principles of
Biophysics.  However, there seems to be some debate about what should
be included in a graduate level course, one semester (total 40
lectures) that will give students the flavor of biophysics, but not be
so overwhelming or too underwhelming.

I am soliciting suggestions on topics to be covered and on textbooks
that people might think are appropriate.
