	hemolytic uremic syndrome.  Epidemiol. Rev. 13:60-98, 1991.

	Padhye and Doyle, E. coli O157:H7: Epidemiology, pathogenesis, and 
	methods for deteciton in food.  J. Food Prot. 55:555-565.

There's many others, but these are good reviews.
