Need info on orgs smaller than .2 microns

I'm interested in any organisms and/or infectious agents which would not be
removed from water by a 0.2 micron filter.  Assume that the beginning
source is tap water...but I'm interested in hearing of any rare or exotic
infectious agents that might be found elsewhere as well.  Thanks!
