Effects of e-coli and/or fever on fetus?

Greetings,

I would like to get any information and/or references available regarding
the effects of e. coli infection and treatment with amoxocillin on fetal
development, specifically in the 10th-12th weeks of pregnancy.  In
addition, information regarding the effects of high (>104F) fever and low
dose narcotics (sp. Morphine, Demerol, Coedine) on fetal development.
