help wanted onusing biology databases on the net

	Can anyone tell me how to conduct a thorough literature search 
via modem?  What are the most comprehensive, as well as accessible, 
databases out there.  Do they include abstracts or just citations?  
The general areas of interest come under the headings of human 
physiology, haemotology, differential sex characteristics, and 
endocrinilogy.
