Rat liver enzymes

This goes out to all those who purify enzymes from rat liver. I am trying 
to purify (in large quantities) ATP sulfurylase from rat liver. However, 
the problem I am having is keeping the enzyme stable. I have tried a 
variety of conditions (eg, pH, glycerol, ATP, etc) but nothing seems to 
help. If anyone has suggestions as to what I could do, please e-mail or 
post a followup to this post. TIA.
