Yes, the name of the database is EC-Enzyme.  To search a hypertext version of
the database point your WWW (Web) client (Mosaic, lynx ...) at the following
URL:

http://www.gdb.org/hopkins.html

And select the EC-Enzyme option.

If you've never heard of WWW, write me a note and I'll send you some
information to help get you started.
