Proteins and Light Scattering Repost

I posted a request for information about light scattering to study
proteins and received several replys.  However, it appears that the post
has disappeared from the news group so, in an effort to obtain more
information (the replys that I got have helped a lot--Thanks), If anyone
knows of text or publications about this subject, please let me know at
