Authorship

Hi,
   Does anyone have the reference to the article that appeared in
Nature/Science a while ago discussing authorship? Kinda vague, I know but it
was about what do you have to do to be a co-author etc. Is supply of money
enough???  

Also, do any depts out there have guidelines for treating cases of dispute?
