Women and minority owened companies

I am still looking for women and minority owened molecular biology
 companies to fullfil my Federal 8% spending guideline.
Is there any list or do any of you know of any that you use????

I would specifically like Oligo synthesis firm, the one suggested from
the internet the last time I asked (Ransome Hill ) is now only 48%
women owened and does not qualify!!

How do you other molecular biologists meet these 8% federal guideline???
