I will be happy to put out a formal Call for Discussion on
bionet.announce when I get some more information from Dick Vogt.  He
has not sent in all of the information necessary to start the process,
so the ten day discussion period is not officially started on this
newsgroup.  I will send him a message asking for the remaining
details.  I should also note that the newsgroup proposals must come
from the discussion leader directly and should be sent to
biosci-help at net.bio.net.
