I just downloaded a shareware program for Windows from the anonymous
ftp archive CICA (ftp.cica.indiana.edu and its many mirror sites)
called refs741.zip (needs to be unzipped before use).  I haven't played
with it much, but it looks to be very adaptable with importing, various
formatting styles, and bibliographic output styles.

You can give it a try to see if it fits the bill.  And it sure beats
the $400 price tag for Pro-Cite.
