Hi... I'm interested in finding a supplier for this variety of starch. Supposedly it contains nearly 100% of the branched starch component -- amylopectin. It really doesn't matter which variety... corn, rice, whatever. Thanks for your help. Vince Hamner vinny at vt.edu
