Dear Netters

	Why do people have to worry about libel laws in INTERNET WORLD? 
Please read these following messages written by Mark Gibbs & Richarch 
Smith. Then he or she might know what to do and not to do in Internet world.

 	* Remember that the Internet has social as well as technical aspects.
          Not everyone who uses the Internet is a technical guru or a rocket
          scientist. GOOD MANNERS AND POLITE, considerate behavior will get
	  you all help and cooperation you want.

	* It's very important to remember that the Internet is a cooperative
          environment. If people start abusing the trust of the community,
          that cooperative spirit will be in danger of evaporating. ONCE 
	  IT'S GONE, THE INTERNET WILL NEVER BE THE SAME AGAIN.
