A conference on state-of-the-art carbohydrate research,
particularly practical polysaccharide research
May 10-12, 1994 Purdue University West Lafayette, Indiana
Sponsored by: The Whistler Center for Carbohydrate Research
and The Department of Food Science Purdue University
The Whistler Center for Carbohydrate Research announces its fourth
international conference, Frontiers in Carbohydrate Research 4. This
2.5 day conference is for industrial, governmental, and academic scientists,
managers of technology, and students. Like previous conferences, it will
focus on the molecular basis of practical functional properties of
polysaccharides and new and potential applications. Topics will be presented
by leaders and innovators in carbohydrate research.
