I guess the question can be addressed by knowing what you want to model
and what methods you have in mind.
There are distinct crystallographers or NMR spectroscopists that
you can follow as well as several top computational chemistry
groups that should be looked at.
Most modeling has emphasized proteins but DNA, carbohydrates and
membranes are amoung the hottest areas to be modeling.
