Ultraviolet radiation on development of fish eyes

I am attempting to do a project on the effects of ultraviolet radiation on 
the development of fish eyes.  I am also analysing the amounts of 
susceptablity at different stages of fish development.  There is very little 
literature on physiology of fish eyes under the influence of UV radiation so 
very little research could be done.  I am hoping for some advice to properly 
analyse the damages of ultraviolet radiation.
