Adsorption of Chlorine through the Skin

This may not be the correct newsgroup for this question, so please excuse
it if it isn't.  A friend of mine wants to know how much chlorine (from
city water) is absorbed through the skin during a typical shower.  I'm in
chemical engineering and could probably calculate the answer if I knew what
the mass diffusivity of chlorine through skin was.  I though that maybe some
of you might know something about it or would know where to look for the
answer
