Info wanted on Heroin toxicity...

Hi!

I am preparing a paper on heroin from a toxicological point of view.
I am looking for info or pointers towards sources of info about this.
Some of the questions I will be addressing include chemicophysical properties,
LD50, site and mechanism of action, metabolisation, toxic affects, 
interactions with other drugs that increase/decrease toxicity, species 
variation etc.
