Help needed with Chlamydomonas sp. project!

Dear Zia,
	One possibility is that there is enough light to saturate O2 production
regardless of the frequency, and that something else is limiting O2.  If you
cut the light intensity, do you get less O2?  If so, and if you use the lower
light level, do you still see O2 production independent of wavelength?
