NO2 for Whipped cream

Not wanting to wade in to this mess (I've always wondered why it was used 
myself) But there's an all-night convenience store nearby which does a 
roaring trade in whipped cream "soda-siphons" (not the right terminology, 
i know) around 2.00am in the morning on weekends. This store is always 
well stocked. Incidentally, refering to the original posting, you can 
also inhale through your mouth, that way, if there's cream left you won't 
look like such a goose :)
