Glucuronidase assay

I am looking for a reasonably simple, but effective, assay procedure for 
4-O-Methylglucuronidase (alpha-glucuronidase).

Requirements include easy preparation of substrates and especially a 
relatively quick and easy method to determine the product(s) as I will be 
screening a large number of yeasts and fungi for the presence of the enzyme.

I have GC as well as HPLC machines available.
