Procaine Allergies

Could someone direct me to any references or research papers on the
subject of procaine allergy? What I am basically interested in is the
percentage of the population displaying an allergic reaction to this drug.


I would also like to correspond (briefly), via email, with someone
knowledgeable on this subject, as I have a few other questions which might
not be appropriate for this forum.
