Hi netters- Has anyone extracted RNA for either RT-PCR or Northerns from formalin-fixed tissue? I'm wondering if I can get good RNA from liver and lymphoid organs taken from a mouse perfused with formalin to fix brain... Thanks in advance- M. Coussons-Read coussons at essex.hsc.colorado.edu
