I am a graduatiing student in Electrical Engineering at Bradley
University and I am interested in the developing of instruments
and/or electronic devices to better the life of the physically Impared.

There are many ideas for me to develop, but I do not want to re-invent
the wheel. I will like to hear the needs of the real people with real
problems out there. It is hard for me to imagine exaclty what do
people will like to have built for them,to help them read,
communicate, or do things in an easier way.

If any of you knows a person or institution that it is developing a
device and they are stuck. If the solution seems to be electronically
viable, microporcessors, microcontrollers, electronic instruments,
signal processing, etc.

Please e-mail me.

I have a deadline of may 5th for the proposal,in which I will
have to specify the problem and suggest a viable solution along
with a list of parts and devices needed. My goal is to have it
operational by or before December 1995.

This will be a project that I will develop as a requierement for
graduation.
