Request for information on Kearns-Sayre Syndrome (KSS)

-Patient: A 6 years old boy

-Symptoms:
        - Photophobia
        - Drooping off the eyelid
        - Frequent vomits
        - Rigid articulations
        - Muscular weakness

-Disease diagnosis: Magnetic Resonance Imaging, liquor punch confirmed by 
muscle biopsy.

-Some specialists said this disease is fatal. I need some information 
about the Actual Treatment.
