URGENTLY SEEKING VIPOCETINE

     Vinpocetine is a non FDA approved drug, a vessle dialator,
which has shown to be effective in Study's and use in Europe. We
are pursuing it for a 73 year old stroke patient.
     Evidently it is available in Mexico, and any names of 
Pharmacies there, especially Tiajuana or same region, would
be invaluable.
     Further, any additional info on the drug is welcome.
