biofeedback

I hope this is the appropriate newsgroup, if not someone please direct me...

I am concerned about increasing blood pressure, and I have heard that there
are bio-feedback devices that can be used to lower blood presure.

I would appreciate any information (names, device mfgs, places to purchase
from WWW pages, alternate methods, etc> that you might have out there.
I was thinking that biofeedback was probably best if it could be done
w/o chemicals.
