On-line access to Federal Register????

Not so.  I just checked with the folks at the Thomas Web server and they said 
they don't have any plans to do so.
But I did find a path to it through gopher; you have to have a registered 
account to search all the federal register records but they do make 
available the current days' Fed Reg. as a demo.
