Ethics of genetic engineering!

Hello!  My name is Sarah Moss and I am a student at University High School.
I am seeking absolutely any expert or almost-expert with an opinion about
genetic engineering and the ethics of it.  We are doing a panel discussion
about this topic and would appreciate any information you could give us.

tages of genetic engineering on people?  Who should decide who gets priority?
