Papers by fax.

Does anybody know what happened to the CARL UnCover database? Since 
two days I cannot find it at the usual address. This represent a 
complete disaster for me, since many papers I must read are not 
present in any library in Italy and I must get them by fax. (seems
funny but is tragic.) Please, help me to find the CARL UnCover 
service new address, or another fax service! Thanks
